At Majid Al Futtaim, we continue to strive towards our region-wide vision for sustainability by reducing electricity, water consumption and environmental impacts from transportation across our properties. With that, City Centre Almaza is proud to announce that it has been awarded the LEED Gold certification, making it the second mall in Egypt to achieve the certificate.
Since opening its doors, the mall has reached energy saving levels of almost 15% by using renewable energy through the existing solar panels, and water reduction levels of 47%.
